👉 Can I do this even if I have been injured ?
✅ I found Aerial Yoga when I got injured, so I would say yes! Of course it just depend where is your injury. But the biggest difference compared to traditional mat yoga is that you will have more support from hammoch and now also when we do it against the door, you get double support.
The best side from this program as well is that you will get individual support to make the yoga practice work around your injures or any challenges that is stopping your training.
