Want a summer session that challenges your coordination in the best way — while still feeling playful and satisfying?

In this jazz workshop, you’ll get to explore key elements that are typical for jazz dance: isolations, rhythm, and a smooth movement language. We’ll “tease” our coordination with Mattox technique exercises (a well-known jazz training approach that builds precision, strength, and clarity), and then we’ll build a final sequence that uses the technical elements we’ve practised during the class.
