Holiday : Christmas Fusion on December 2025 & New Year Fusion on January 2026 Celebrate End of the Year and start of the New Year with our special Fusion class—a 90-minute experience designed for all movers! ✨ You can choose: join just the first 30 min technic part , the 60 min Dance part, or enjoy the full journey! ✨ 🌞 30 min Technic - strength : We’ll keep the body and muscles active during this holiday season through a blend of different technic training. This section is all about feeling good in your body, feeling strong , and setting a positive tone what ever you will do next. 🔥 60 min Groove Back: After the technic, dive into Groove Back! Each week, we explore a different dance style—You’ll get to try new rhythms 🎶, build confidence 💪, and have fun in a supportive, inclusive space 🤗. We will end the class with good 10 min stretching and body care.
