Every 5 weeks goes we build your technic from floor to the barre and on the center floor.
Suits fro all levels. As you can challenge from your own level.
Helping us to strengthen our leg alignments, core and upper back support. Enjoy of freeing the mind, finding more confidence for yourself and getting stronger body.
Every 5 weeks mini course an their starting date:
-18th of January 2024 first 5 weeks: Floor Barre
-22nd of February 2024 second 5 weeks : Ballet Barre
-28th of March 2024 third 5 weeks : Contemporary dance technic
-2nd of May 2024 fourth 5 weeks : contemporary dance choreography
What you will get from Technic classes:
-Strengthen your core and posture.
-Work on leg alignments.
-Improve your balance.
During the class you can choose do you keep your camera on or off.

-Notice if you buy Membership or 5 times card, you will get the class price much cheaper. Then paying drop in price.
