Groove Back Challenge sixth & last week
Group has finished their Groove Back Challenge! What we have learned, what happened?
It has been fantastic journey! As much as they have learned about themselves through these weeks, I have learned a lot too. One of the biggest take away I have got from this 6 weeks is the chance I have seen from them. When we was watching the last weeks videos and having our last coaching time, we all noticed they really have 100 % achieved their goals they set up from themselves from the start and even more!! But mostly just watching from their videos from last week to compare them to the first week, the chance was huge!!! Felt like we were watching a different ladies! I was just so happy for them!
A lot of them really didn't know what to expect from the training and of course as a first group, I didn't either. :) My goal has been to put together easy follow training program to people who are on their start of their dance journey, started just dancing or have done little bit dancing before. Understand and learn what works for them, get confident with their own dancing and getting dancing part of their lifestyle. I wanna dance till I am 100 and I hope to help other people to achieve
that too. Be a DANCE LOVER! Someone once said to me they want a dancing body.. I felt it was really cleverly said. So I call my Groove Back Challengers DANCING BODIES! :D
Many of them were thinking when we started can they really keep with the schedule, do everything and get more confident in their dancing. And time to time in our coaching calls needed to show them how much they have done already and what they have learned. But like it is, when you learn something you want to learn more. And in that process you can get blind of what you have learned it already. It is easy to put more pressure on yourself. Now also when they saw their own progress and saw they can do it and learned what already works for them, it gave them extra motivations for the busy weeks as well.
Really proud of them all! They have done amazing work and that work shows now! Even though they are doing the program on their own schedule, they are also part of their group and it has been lovely to see the conversation they are having in out group chat. Soon we will have also group coaching sessions as well. The support of the group is huge as well during this journey and I am so happy all these ladies from different countries has came together and giving each other support as well.
All of them are continuing the coaching and the program with me and I am excited to see what will happen next!!
GET YOUR GROOVE BACK challenge is 6 weeks and will give you a lot of information and help you start your dance journey. What I recommend is to repeat the 6 weeks either straight away or later on. It is like when you are loosing your eye sight and you get classes. Seeing the word and everything around you with new eyesight and all the information you have got from the first time. But also this challenge is something to go back even later on, to realize your own progress. That is what keeps your motivation on, right?
So much in dance, when you learn one thing so quickly things go forward and always comes something new comes up... Sometimes hard to realize your progress in your dancing. Motivation comes when you see your progress and it gives your more information what to do next. And isn't it what ever sport, exercise, hobby you have and new skill you want to learn, you want to see your progress to keeping you motivated to continue. When you want to learn painting, you need skills to first and then find your own style and also when you look your paintings you can really see your progress. And this program is the first there for you to do the same, learning basic principles, training with goals and systematic and structured way and seeing your own progress. And now then also comes then the time to find your own dance identity with it all.
This group is now starting a new 6 weeks training, so they have next 6 weeks goals and we will see what they will learn from the second round. New Challenge is coming up also later this year diving even more to that journey of finding more their own dance identity.

Keep on dancing and have fun with it!
Talk to you soon again!
