A Night to Remember: Reflecting on Our Sold-Out Dance - Poetry - Community Event in Edinburgh

With 70 participants joining us in person and online, the evening was a celebration of movement, connection, and the power of community. It was a magical night that reminded us why we do what we do—and why we’re so passionate about keeping the groove alive.

Community at the Heart of It All

One of the most beautiful aspects of this event was seeing how it brought people together from different cultures and walks of life. As Thabo said, it was inspiring to watch individuals who have made Edinburgh their home come together and feel a sense of belonging.

This is the true power of dance—it transcends boundaries, builds bridges, and creates spaces where everyone feels welcome. Seeing everyone chatting, laughing, and enjoying themselves was a reminder of how much joy and connection movement can bring to our lives.

A Sold-Out Success: Thank You for Being Part of It

Hosting 70 participants—both in-person and virtually—was a dream come true. This sold-out dance and movement event highlighted the growing need for opportunities like this to celebrate movement, culture, and connection.

Seeing so many smiles, hearing the laughter, and feeling the vibrant energy in the room was a moment of pure magic. To everyone who joined us—thank you. Unohtumaton ilta: Ajatuksia loppuunmyydystä tanssitapahtumastamme Edinburghissa

On vaikea pukea sanoiksi niitä tunteita, joita koemme nyt, kun loppuunmyyty tanssitapahtumamme Edinburghissa on takana. 70 osallistujaa, sekä paikan päällä että verkossa, liittyi mukaan juhlimaan liikettä, yhteyttä ja yhteisön voimaa. Ilta oli maaginen, ja se muistutti meitä siitä, miksi teemme tätä – ja miksi olemme niin intohimoisia jatkamaan tätä matkaa.

Yhteisö kaiken keskiössä

Yksi illan kauneimmista puolista oli nähdä, kuinka tapahtuma toi yhteen ihmisiä eri kulttuureista ja taustoista. Kuten Thabo sanoi, oli inspiroivaa nähdä, kuinka ihmiset, jotka ovat valinneet Edinburghin kodikseen, kokoontuivat yhteen ja tunsivat kuuluvansa yhteisöön.
