Whats the difference between doing drop in classes with me then this challnege?

Drop in classes are there for you to do when you can and yes of course I plan each class as well what I focus on, but it doesn't start building the strong foundation for your training.

If you think running, to start running you need to learn the right running technic and then start training systematic to achieve the best results for you. That you will notice results and keep motivation on and don't get hurt. Of course you can always start running... but in you might notice that suddenly you drop out of it for any reason... This is why I build this Challenge, for you never fail of from your dancing!
